Living in symbiosis with the earth is easier than most of us think. We start by bringing the cycle of food to life - from the earth and the farmer, to the market, to our kitchens, and as food scraps going back into the earth. This project maps our place within this cycle and shows us how we can be intentional about food waste management and easily integrate it into our routine and daily lives.
